As founder of Human Capital Organization Development (HCOD), his focus is on helping leaders and organizations help themselves. An experienced professional with over 30 years of leading key elements of organizational change projects. Dr. Mouriño is a USAF veteran, practitioner, and educator who brings extensive experience and thought leadership to Human Capital issues through:
